We are located in the center of Florence near the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Garden, in the Oltr’arno district, the most loved area, characterized by the most entertaining squares (Piazza della Passera and Piazza Santo Spirito) by many delicious restaurants, bars, ice cream, shops, art etc…

The apartment consists in a kitchen fully equipped, living room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating which is turned on according to the law.

The tower is located in Borgo San Iacopo, near the Ponte Vecchio in Oltrarno, the most autenthic zone of Florence, still loved by Florentins

Close by there is Piazza della Passera, Piazza Santo Spirito, Palazzo Pitti, Giardino di Boboli e gli Uffizi con il Palazzo Vecchio and its beatiuful Loggia and piazza della Signoria.

In front of the Ponte Vecchio there is the supermarket , in front of the tower there is a garage Lungarno which if you travell by car has be reerved in advance. In Borgo San Iacopo is full of restaurants, for example Cinghiale Bianco which has the best T-bone stake (speciallity in Florence).

If you travell by car remember that there is the ZTL (zone traffic limited) It’s not allowed to drive and to park in the historical center without the reservation in the special garages that treat the ztl. There is a garage called “garage Lungarno” called them in advice to be sure they have a place.

The check-in time is from 3pm to 7pm, the check-in late is possible on charge of 50€ until 12:00am. Is also possibile to arrange the self check-in if you arrive late and make an appointment for the day after.
